Coordinate the theme and personalization
Share the celebration’s colors, theme and preferred products. Approve names, initials and event-inspired graphics in advance, then keep the live menu focused so guests can choose quickly. Send any special lettering or artwork requests before final approval.
Plan for children and adults
Estimate how many guests will want a favor and when they can visit the station. A two-artist, two-hour painting window can produce approximately 100 items with streamlined designs. A nearby organizer can help collect names and direct pickup.
