Choose merchandise students can use

Trucker hats, bucket hats, T-shirts, canvas bags and koozies give students options they can use after the event. Your organization can supply suitable blanks, or we can source merchandise as part of the event plan. Approve the products and design menu before ordering.

Match staffing to the student turnout

Plan around the number of items you want completed and the active painting window. At approximately 25 items per artist per hour, four artists working three hours can create an estimated 300 items with streamlined designs. Allow room for a queue, merchandise distribution and pickup.

What to confirm before your event

Share your date, venue city, guest count, painting hours and preferred merchandise. Confirm tables, chairs, access to power, lighting and space for ordering and pickup with your venue. We provide professional equipment and coordinate the design plan with you. Review the setup checklist.
